With the Arabella And Rose Rewards Program, you’ll collect loyalty points on every purchase. Points are automatically added to your account as you spend.

Loyalty points are automatically added to your account as you spend. You can track the points you have accumulated as well as your loyalty tier status by logging into your account here.

To redeem your points make sure you are logged into your Arabella And Rose Rewards Program. If you have enough points to redeem on your purchase, you will be given the option to redeem your points on your order on your account.

Points will remain on your Arabella And Rose Rewards Program account for one year from the date you earn them.

Members are able to refer a friend who is a first-time customer on the site only. Referrals will not work if the referred friend has previously shopped with us. They will need to make a purchase over $100 for your voucher to be sent through.

To receive friend referral rewards, your friend must be a first-time customer to Arabella And Rose and shop online. The referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on your personal rewards page or using your unique referral link also found there.
Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their first purchase on Arabella And Rose
When this happens, you will receive an email alerting you that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward has been added to your account. You can check your Rewards History to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.

Please note you can not use multiple coupon codes alongside your Rewards Points and Vouchers at checkout.

Yes, that is correct. All vouchers emailed to you or displayed at checkout are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars).

If you are purchasing in another currency, the voucher amount will be automatically converted to your local currency equivalent once applied to your cart at checkout.
