At A&R we’re obsessed with accessories, we love seeing our range of bows and head wraps on your gorgeous girls!
Styling your girl's casual dress or baby girl romper with the matching head wrap or bows will elevate her look and add effortless style to any ensemble. We’ve had a lot of customers ask for tips on how to tie our head wraps, so we thought we’d put this blog together to show you how it's done.
Below is a step-by-step guide (with photos) on how to tie your head wrap, in two of our favourite styles:
The Standard Bow
1. Lay the head wrap flat and fold the edges in and up2. Fold once
3. Fold again into a double knot
4. Adjust the bow so it's even and neat.
The Rose Knot
1. Lay the head wrap flat and fold the edges in and up2. Fold once
3. Fold again into a double knot
4. Take the right hand strap and twirl until tight
5. Wrap around the knot and tuck the strap in behind the knot
6. Take the left hand strap and twirl until tight
7. Wrap around the knot and tuck the strap in behind the knot
Want to see how we do it? Watch our Facebook video on how to tie the two styles above.
If you’re little one isn’t overly happy to sit still while you experiment with tying the head wrap, we recommend practicing on your leg a few times until you get it right.
Once the Rose Knot is tied it doesn't need any adjusting so you can do this style on your leg first and put it straight on your girl's head.
Good luck!
