Please allow 1-2 Business days for your item to be processed. We Do not deliver to Po Boxes or Parcel Lockers your parcel will not be able to be sent via these avenues . WE DO NOT RECCOMEND POSTING TO WORK ADDRESSES THEY BECOME LOST EASILY AS THEY CAN BE DELIVERED TO ANYONE AT THE ADDRESS OR VIA LETTERBOXES .

Once an order is placed items can not be added afterwards a seperate order will need to be placed.

Due to the small size of some embellishments on our items, please ensure that Adult Supervision is given at all times around young children and babies as small items may pose as a choking hazard. All Headwear needs to be worn under Adult Supervision on children and babies as not to pose a suffocation or choking hazard whilst awake or asleep. Please remove items whilst sleeping also.


Please notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving your parcel if the item is Faulty so we can organise a replacement for you.

We Do Not Offer Refunds. Refunds will not be given for change of mind (change of mind  includes size, colour, style etc.. ) We will issue a Store Credit upon arrival of your Return Parcel. Please see below for instructions. Your Parcel will also have these details on your Thank You Card.

  1. Shipping Costs to be covered by the customer. (We do not supply return labels)
  2. Store Credit will be issued once items arrive back. (Refunds are Not Available)
  3. We recommend using your store credit to purchase your new size. Unfortunately due to our fast stock turnover we are unable to hold sizes.
  4. Please provide Order Name, Order Email or Order Number in your parcel for reference .
  5. Items must be returned to us within  2 weeks of receiving parcel, 4 weeks for International purchases.
  6. Items must be returned in Original Condition, unworn and tags attached.
  7. Please allow 1-2 business days for store credit to be processed once you parcel has arrived back. Please keep your tracking number provided by your post office .
  8. The Return Address is located on the back of your Return /Thank You Card in your parcel.
